Term & Conditions

All correspondence (s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s.  FunwayHolidays  Pvt. Ltd

 

Booking

On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s  Funway Holidays  Pvt. Ltd Pvt. Ltd. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

 

Deposit

For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s  Funway Holidays  Pvt. Ltd. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

 

Balance Payments

At the time of Balance payment the client should make it 15 days prior to the date of beginning of services. Upon making a booking within 15 working days of the date of services would be regarded to be a late and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

 

Note: Unlike the above, in case of bookings for, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (Xmas, New Year) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

 

Payments

All payments are to be made in name of FunwayHolidays  Pvt. Ltd.

 

Mode of Payment :

Domestic payments can be made using any of the following methods:-

1.     By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft

2.     By Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)

3.     By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card)

4.     By Online Payment Gateway system through Amex, Visa & Master Card

5.     By Debit Card verified by Visa.

Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods:-

1.     By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)

2.     By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card)

3.     By Online Payment Gateway system through AMEX, Visa & Master Card.

4.     By Debit Card verified by Visa.

In case of transferring payment via credit card, the bank charges will charge 3% extra – that would be levied over and above the total sum amount.

 

Note :

1. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.

2. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

 

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure :

In case the client is canceling a tour/travel services  or any other booking due to any avoidable/unavoidable circumstances we must be informed in written via mail. And as per the rule, cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in written and following amounts will be retained:

 

60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.

59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.

29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.

14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.

07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

 

Please Note : - Regardless of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after any booking made through us - a minimum 10% service charges would be deducted as applicable.

 

Just in case the clients cancel the trip after commencement of the special train tours like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Indian Maharaja, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot a separate refund would be restricted

15% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure

30% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure

100% of ticket value less then 30 days prior to departure

 

For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund., Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) – a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required.

 

From 20th Dec to 15th Jan (i.e. for high peak season bookings) if the client request for cancellation, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for cancellation.

 

Refund :

In regard to repayment of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

Note that the money to be refunded back will take 2-4 weeks due to bank processes. If the refund needs to be made on credit card OR to Bank account, the t bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

 

Arrival and Departure Policy :

Check-In Timings: 1200 – 1500 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

 

Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours

Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment

 

Extra Usage of Vehicle :

Please note that extra usage of cars or vehicles in not incorporated in the services and hence, extra usage of the transportation after transfer or after sightseeing is strictly not permitted until and unless it is included in the detailed itinerary/ services.

 

Our liabilities & limitations :

After the finalization of any of the tour / services booking, in case there are hikes in the entrance fees of the monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges as per by Govt. of India, the same would be applicable as extra.

 

Our rates are based on the existing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without prior notice. In such changes - the rates cited by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.

 

FunwayHolidays  Pvt. Ltd. and its associates acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & the contractors rendering other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us - are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

 

The tickets, vouchers or passage contract in use by carrier / hotel or other contractors providing services shall constitute the sole contract between the Clients and such contractor.

 

All the tour itineraries being mentioned are sample itineraries, meant to give a brief idea of the likely schedule. Various components like weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may make remedies either before the commencement of the tour or while on the trail.

 

FunwayHolidays  Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to make changes in any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and hotels without the prior notice in the concern of the trip, participants’ safety, comfort and general well being without making any rebate, allowance or repayment and extra charges, if any, would be payable by the clients.
